We, Alibaba Smart Hub Belgium SRL(hereinafter shall be referred to as "Employer"), a subsidiary of the world-renowned network company, Alibaba Group ("Alibaba") have the pleasure of inviting the Expression of Interest to participate in the tender process related to the Technical Inspection Services for the Decennial Guarantee services and works for Phase II of Alibaba Liege Project at Liege Airport on a total GFA of approximately 45,000 ㎡.
We are planning for issuing the tender invitation document for the afore-referred contract package in which the scope shall include:-
1. Legal Quality Certificate;
2. Technical Inspection Services for the Decennial Guarantee;
3. 3rd Party Quality Inspection Services;
4. Legal Safety & Security Coordination ;
5. 3rd Party Safety Inspection Services.
(hereinafter shall be referred to as “Works”).
You can choose one/some/all of the aforementioned services to join the bids, and submit the relevant required documents accordingly.
Please kindly express your interest in participating in the tender process by submitting Documents in Volume-1 to Volume-5 and “Summary of Bidder's Informatoin_Submit in Excel Format” enclosed with this letter, along with the following details, LATEST BY replying to the email（shuheng.zh@alibaba-inc.com） within seven calendar days from the date of this letter.
